Meet the team

I’m Sarah Sinclair, a passionate and dedicated speech pathologist with a strong background in early childhood education and extensive experience in supporting children with communication challenges. With a Diploma in Childcare and a Bachelor of Speech Pathology, I understand the vital role early intervention plays in a child’s development.

My journey began in early childhood education, where I recognised the importance of fostering communication skills from a young age. I have also worked as an ESDM therapist and ABA therapist, specialising in supporting autistic children. This experience has deepened my commitment to helping children reach their full potential through tailored interventions.

I am a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist and a proud member of Speech Pathology Australia. Further training I have completed include:

• More than Words: The Hanen Program for Parents of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Key Word Sign Workshop
• Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS)
• Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS) Assessment and Treatment
• Read3: an integrated literacy intervention that supports children with multiple processing difficulties
• Sounds-Write: an evidence-based, systematic phonics program designed to teach reading and spelling  

I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to communicate effectively and confidently. My approach is personalised and collaborative, ensuring that both children and their families feel supported throughout the therapy process.

Meet Maddy Shearman, one of our wonderful Speech Pathologists! Maddy has a calm and caring approach that helps children feel at ease during sessions. With experience both as a Speech Pathologist and as an Allied Health Assistant, she’s passionate about making therapy fun and meaningful for every child.
